RECIPE: Grilled Smokehouse Maple Chicken

Honestly, this isn't so much a recipe as much as it is explaining the settings I used on the PowerXL Grill Air Fryer Combo. But I'll go ahead and write it up as a recipe anyway since tonight is the second time I've made it and it turned out SO yummy! :)

Grilled Smokehouse Maple Chicken

Ingredients:
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
McCormick Grill Mates Smokehouse Maple Seasoning
KC Masterpiece Original BBQ Sauce

Directions:
1. Place the grill plate in the pot and set to Air Fry at 375 degrees F for 3 minutes to preheat.
2. Sprinkle the Smokehouse Maple Seasoning liberally on both sides of the chicken. I press it in to make sure it sticks really well.
3. Place the chicken on the grill plate. Pour the BBQ sauce on top of the chicken and use a silicone brush to evenly coat it.
4. Shut the lid and set to Air Fry at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
5. After the timer goes off, flip the chicken, pour on more BBQ sauce, and close the lid again. Set to Air Fry at 375 degrees F for 10 minutes.
6. At the end of the cook time, I left the chicken on the grill plate and turned the setting to Grill at 450 for 1 minute. It actually pre-heats first and I took it out about 2-3 minutes after it started (while it was still preheating).

These settings made for very tender and juicy chicken breasts! And as always, make sure they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F! :)
