RECIPE: Air Fryer Potato Chip Chicken

I'm seriously obsessed with using my Power XL Grill Air Fryer Combo to make chicken for dinner. It comes out so tender and juicy...definitely the best chicken I've cooked! Today I put together another chicken recipe...so we can finish off the baked beans and potato salad from the Smokehouse Maple Chicken we had the other night.

Air Fryer Potato Chip Chicken
Ingredients:
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can of Sour Cream and Onion Pringles
1/2 cup real mayonnaise
1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Directions:
1. Preheat Air Fryer at 375 degrees F for 3 minutes.
2. Crush the potato chips with a rolling pin. Pour them into a shallow container.
3. In another shallow container, mix the mayonnaise and smoked paprika.
4. Cover the chicken breast in the mayonnaise and then cover completely with the chips.
5. Put all three pieces of chicken in the Air fryer. Air Fry at 375 degrees F for 12 minutes.
6. Flip the chicken and set to Air Fry at 375 degrees F for 12 minutes (or until the center of the chicken breasts reaches 165 degrees F).

You could really use any kind of chips you want for this recipe. I was originally going to use Doritos, but we were out. You could also switch the mayonnaise out and use eggs...I just prefer the mayo because the end result is super tender and juicy chicken. :)

Edited to add: I finally made this with Doritos too! It turned out yummy! :)
