I just finished updating my spreadsheets for the month of April. I had 85 orders in March (across all platforms including in-person sales) and only 79 orders in April...but I had the highest profit in April that I've had since I started CandiMaker in June 2021. :) So that's super exciting! I also hit 700 sales in my Etsy shop on April 23rd...and I'm already at 731 days a week later! My goal this year was to hit 1000 sales by the end of the year...so it looks like I may actually meet that goal early. :)
My chronic illness stickers are the most popular collection in my shop. The individual sticker I have the most sales of so far is my "I have a spreadsheet for that" sticker. I still have SO many design ideas that I want to make. I keep a running list of quotes that I want to use (and then grey them out once I've used them) and so far that document is 30 pages long and counting. LOL.
It's been storming a lot this week. I love thunderstorms...but I'm not so much a huge fan of washing muddy paws all the time. :P Usually it's not as bad if I let them out one at a time. If I let them both out together, they have a tendency to run around and wrestle...so then they definitely get dirty! I also have to watch Bozley...because one time after it rained, he was out there flopping around like a fish! He usually does that in the snow, but it was the first time I'd seen him do it just because the ground was wet. :P
Nova is still dealing with allergies. :( She tends to have allergies in the spring/summer quite a bit anyway...but they seemed to get worse right after we tried to change their food over to the turkey option. It's still the Purina Pro Plan Sensitive Skin and Stomach that doesn't have any chicken in it (because they're both allergic to chicken), so I'm thinking Nova is allergic to turkey, too. We've been giving her Benadryl and it's not as bad as it was...but if it doesn't clear up in the next couple weeks, we might take her in to get an allergy shot.
Well...gonna get some more stuff done before I head to bed!
