2. What was your relationship status in 2022? Johnny and I celebrated our 5th/10th anniversary this year!
3. Did you move in 2022? We didn't...but in December, Ashlyn moved out and Aubry moved back in.
4. Did you purchase a new vehicle in 2022? Nope. Still have the same car we bought in January 2019. :) Which is good...because I hate car shopping! :P
5. Did you add any new family members in 2022? Nope.
6. Did you lose any family members in 2022? Thankfully, no.
7. Did you have any school or work changes in 2022? After asserting my rights for their breach of contract, I negotiated a settlement and left the transcription company I was working for. I also expanded CandiMaker! My first Etsy shop is CandiMakerDesigns...selling sublimation digital downloads. My second Etsy shop is CandiMakerTransfers...selling ready-to-press sublimation prints. And I've spent the last couple months preparing CandiMakerStickers...where I will be selling die-cut stickers, sticker pages and planner stickers, as well as planner covers and accessories. :) I am hoping to have it ready to go this month. :)
8. Did you travel anywhere in 2022? Nope. We really need a vacation! :P
9. Did you make any big purchases in 2022? I made a few more large purchases for CandiMaker...a new Epson EcoTank Pro ET-5800 for stickers and regular printing. It's a lot like my ET-16650 but a bit smaller. I also purchased a Samsung Galaxy S6 Lite Tablet for drawing designs. Those were the only big things, I think.
10. What was the best gift you received in 2022? Definitely cash. I'm still basically starting up my CandiMaker business, so I use a lot of my own money to fund supplies, equipment, materials, etc. So the cash has been such a blessing!
11. Did you learn any new skills in 2022? I'm finally figuring out all the ins and outs of my Cricut Maker 3 and using it to make stickers and other items for CandiMaker. :)
12. Did you redecorate in 2022? Really the only redecorating (more like rearranging) I've done has been in my office. I completely reorganized everything, moved furniture around, etc. to make room for everything. I also finally got a lot of my pictures hung up in there, so I'm happy about that. :)
13. Did you read any good books in 2022? Once again, I didn't make time for reading this year. Most of my time has been spent working on CandiMaker things.
14. Did you see any good movies in 2022? We watched the second Enola Holmes and it was cute. We also liked Samaritan and The Lost City. I can't remember the others we watched but I think there were a few more good ones. Oh and we've been having an Avengers marathon over the long holiday weekends. :)
15. What TV shows were your favorite in 2022? We still regularly watch NCIS, Blacklist, and all three current shows of the Law & Order franchise. We watched the new seasons of Manifest and Stranger Things...looking forward to the final seasons of those in 2023. We watched the last season of In The Dark. Oh and since our shows have been on hiatus, we watched Cesar Milan's Better Human Better Dog. I also watched Little Fires Everywhere by myself and it was pretty good.
16. What things did you do in 2022 that you'd never done before? Negotiated a settlement all by myself. And making my own stickers, planner covers, and accessories! :)

17. What do you wish you'd done more of in 2022? Honestly I just wish I had more time to do all the things I love...like writing, reading, baking, etc. I also wish I'd taken the time to work more on training the dogs...but I'm planning to make more time for that in 2023. I want to get them better on the leash so I can take them both on walks together.
18. What were you proud of in 2022? My youngest daughter finished high school! And my oldest daughter started/finished her technical college program AND landed a nice job that she starts at the beginning of 2023. :) As for my personal accomplishments, I had one of my CandiMakerDesign Easter listings become a bestseller. :)
19. What was the one defining moment of 2022? Probably walking away from Transcription work and focusing all my efforts to running my small business.
20. How would you describe 2022 in three words? Low-Key, Productive, and Loving...just like last year. :)

1. What did you NOT have in 2022 that you would like to have in 2023? Same thing I said last year...a vacation!
2. What skills do you want to learn or improve in 2023? Always want to improve my arts and crafts skills! :)
3. What do you want to do more of in 2023? Walking the dogs together, working on arts and crafts, and setting aside time for reading and writing.
4. What do you want to buy in 2023? I'm still using the same laptop from 2013...but it's really starting to go downhill. So I really do need to start saving up to replace it. I'd also like to get a thermal printer. My "wishlist" item is a Starcraft Solo cutting machine. :)
5. What is your number one goal for 2023? Increasing products and profits for CandiMaker. :)
